Products, availability & descriptions
Products may be available in limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Refund Policy. By placing an order, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your selected payment method for the total amount, including taxes, shipping, and any applicable fees. If we change or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using your account email or phone number.
Shipping, risk of loss & title
Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer of the order to the carrier. Please inspect your delivery on receipt and contact us promptly regarding any issues.
Returns & refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy (including requirements for unopened condition and prior authorization). Please review it before initiating a return.

If you enroll in a subscription, it will auto-renew at the then-current price and frequency until canceled. You can modify or cancel renewals any time before your next billing date via your account or by contacting support. Price changes will be notified in advance where required by law.
Promotions, coupons & gifts
Promotions are subject to their own terms. Coupon codes are one-time, nontransferable, and may not be combined unless expressly stated. We may modify or end any promotion without notice.

Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NUTRITUNES AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. Indemnification

Termination
