At NutriTunes®, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unopened, unused, with all seals intact, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order number).
Due to health and safety regulations, dietary supplements must be returned unopened and in original condition to qualify for a refund.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@nutritunes.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on where to send your package.
Important: Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately at support@nutritunes.com if:
- Your item is defective
- Your item is damaged
- You received the wrong item
We will work promptly to evaluate and resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Opened dietary supplements or personal care products
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, plants)
- Customized or personalized products
- Sale items or gift cards
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the correct product is to return the original item (following the process above) and place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional processing time to reflect the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@nutritunes.com.
Return Shipping Costs:
- If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, NutriTunes® will cover the return shipping cost.
- For all other returns (e.g., change of mind), customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
