Refund Policy

At NUTRITUNES®, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1) Return Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

2) Eligibility

To qualify for a refund, the item must be:

  • Unopened, unused, with all seals intact, and in the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Dietary supplements must be returned unopened and in original condition due to health and safety regulations.

3) How to Start a Return

Email support@nutritunes.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions and a return authorization (RMA).
Items sent back without prior authorization won’t be accepted.

4) Damages, Defects & Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate and make it right.

5) Non-Returnable Items

We can’t accept returns for:

  • Opened dietary supplements or personal care products
  • Perishable goods
  • Customized/personalized items
  • Final sale/clearance items or gift cards
  • Free gifts or promotional samples

6) Exchanges

For the fastest solution, return the original item (per this policy). Once accepted, place a new order for the item you want.

7) Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, NutriTunes® covers return shipping.
  • For all other returns (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping.
  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, or being unclaimed may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.

8) Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm approval or denial.
If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit.
If it’s been more than 15 business days after approval and you haven’t seen the refund, please contact support@nutritunes.com.
